Share your Opinion – Survey participants needed! Novant Health is conducting research to better understand how to best ask patients about their sexual orientation and gender identity in healthcare settings. Healthcare providers and front desk staff who work in North Carolina and are client-facing are invited to fill out an anonymous 5–10-minute survey. You do not need to be a member of the LGBTQ+ community to participate in this survey. Participants may be eligible to win a $20 gift card. We have five gift cards to distribute and anticipate 660 survey responses. If you are selected to receive a gift card, you will have to provide a W9 to receive the gift card.
